Brought my ZR2 2500 HD in for 10L1000 trans issues and the issue was addressed and warranty covered the problem…….so far it’s shifting normal as it does a relearn.

Took a bit longer than anticipated for oil change and tire rotation. Clean facility. Wasn't happy that they charge the customer 3% credit card fee if you don't use debit or cash. I used debit card but this may be a deal (or dealer LOL) breaker for future service location.

I was being sold on a lot of parts that I did not need! As well as lied to about codes on the engine that I knew were not there because I had scanned the truck before I dropped it off and after I got home! I picked my truck up, drove it back home and repaired the brakes myself for less than $200. Fitzgerald Chevrolet of Hagerstown is a fraudulent, crooked organization. I will not be back and will steer others away from Fitzgerald Chevrolet service.
